forever 19..

That night at my cousin's wedding dinner i went over to say hi to Mr Lee (teacher in primary school, tennis teacher, aunt's friend) before he left..

It's been a while since i last saw him so he said "all of you are grown up already " .. and i was being honest when i said he didn't look too bad himself (until today, i still dunno how old he is .. which reminds me of the time i think i grabbed his attendance book once when he wasn't looking XD.. but we never found out his age still -.- ) to which he replied "I'm still 19"

XD .. it's been 7 years and he's still 19!

thinking back, primary school was the most drama-filled part of my life... everything after that was much less complicated :/ .. but then again, maybe we were young so any out of the ordinary thing that happened seemed to be very colossal..

it's times like these when my mind drifts away and tries to pick some of my memories and replay them.. all those ups and downs.. the friends i grew very close to but lost somewhere along the way.. a few years ago i felt bad for letting it happen.. i felt bad that we couldn't be just as close..

but today, i know it's almost impossible to have it all.. you win some, you lose some.. and that's the way it has to be..
