Pua Kiao....
Kinda early for me today..haha... been coming back home around 3am-4am coz we have pua kiao session...hohoho...
Before starting today had a little fun with Rachel... :) .. naughty as ever...but also a fun little ball as usual..haha... she's getting kinda destructive.. or maybe not "getting" but more like she has always had a destructive side..haha... but we went over quite late so didn't have much time to play..
Lots of funny things happen when you pua kiao..haha...
We were playing "in between"... first you gotta put the minimum money in the pool... then you're given 2 cards... objective is to place a bet that the next card dealt to you is in between the two cards that was given earlier... if it is the same number as one of the two cards give to you earlier you gotta pay double..
So the first round... small aunt was given an Ace (ace is considered 1) and a King... She said "Sai Lang ahh!!" (meaning sapu everything in the pool) very loud and confident...generally that's what everyone would tell you to do.. coz what are the odds of getting another ace or a king in that big stack of cards? next thing we knew she was holding her head.. staring at the cards in dismay... coz the next card was either an Ace or a King.. can't remember... but we were stunned... and she had a really funny expression on..hahaha... so we laughed...she had to pay quite a bit so the next round we said "bad things won't happen twice" ... and guess what? she lost again the next round XD... It wasn't a good day... lost quite a bit... but it was fun.. kept laughing...
So the moral of the story is... Good things don't happen twice and bad things will definitely
happen more than once...and conclusively... don't be a gambler!! especially don't play "in between" when you're outside... coz the pool could get really really big and ou might get an ace and a king and then you would wanna sai lang...and then ...... bam!! u get a king or an ace.... O.O ...
