Only 2 days left before holidays are over... i feel like i've wasted it again... ughh... hm... but i guess it won't be a total waste coz i went for some tests... XD ... got IELTS to sit for tomorrow... -.- ...

Haven't got much to update... but... i've got some views on that PPstream video/movie watching thing... hehe... For some time now i've been thinking about downloading that thing.. and download it i did... and i feel like deleting it... haha... Not that it's not good... the problem is that it's too good... it's like.. movie on demand any time... free... no need to download torrent and wait for days or weeks leaving the lappy on day and night.. movies are just a click away... O.o ... and now is not the time for me to have movies being a click away.. the temptation is just too much >< .. for a movie junkie like me anyway.. so i will delete it... and download it back in december... XD...

Ooh.. and results came out on wednesday... and... it's much better than sem1.. but... if i don't get my lecturers to make the results "prettier" i think i don't stand a chance going to UK... and the system is really getting me confused so... don't really feel like thinking about that... haih...

Well... college resumes on monday... back to waking up early and using the brain... :( ... all that i have to look forward to is next saturday~~ Mooncake festival... :D ... and 2 weeks after that we have our AS finals -.- ...pif..

Long day...

My morning started with the LNAT test... scheduled at 10am... as usual we arrived early.. haih.. the objective questions were still quite bearable... but the essay was... O.O ... 40 minutes to type an essay which needs you to really think your points through and think about how you're gonna type it out... and i was the only one in the room doing the typing..(imagine a very small and quiet room and someone *type type type*..a bit paiseh..) the others were doing UKCAT and some other test i think... i think i blew it >< ... the essay part i mean... haih...

then off to midvalley... but mum had to go to her office first... so i sat there with nothing to do... -.- ... decided to read the papers instead of watching the cars go by like little ants XD .. then had lunch and had to sit in her office again..but thankfully she bought me a magazine so that i could keep myself occupied... few hours again then only we went shopping.. -.- ...

somehow a whole bunch of people decided to go to midvalley today and coincidentally jusco seems to be understaffed... the queues were so extremely long mum gave up on buying vege... haha.. she took me to get a new belt and jeans :) .. then we went home... and soon after cousin came over with Chel.. play a while.. they went back.. mum and i headed out for a walk.. then came back showered and went out again...

Station One... for an S4 gathering... coincidentally it is Qiqi's birthday :) ... caught up with some friends.. though i missed out on many.. >< ... but i had a good time :D ... had the chance to talk to Qi though for a short while only... felt guilty coz it's not my phone and... calling NZ must be quite expensive i think... we're all waiting for the day she comes back~~

very long and tiring day... need some sleep now.. zzzZZZzzzZz

piano results are out... and as predicted...i failed... BUT.. it's the first time i fail that i don't feel so awful.. coz the examiner wrote some really nice things :D ... haha... i know it's still a fail... but the stuff he wrote was surprising... it made me feel like there's hope.. like i'm not SO worthless.. 8 marks short of passing... haihz... no matter.. that's in the past.. now we look towards the future~

Holidays so far have not been going according to plan..mainly due to my lack of discipline... been playing too much... only did a few papers for maths... pif... i thought i could finish off hitman so i won't play anymore and concentrate on studying... but... the missions are getting harder and harder... and i don't get why i always look so suspicious even when i'm wearing the same clothes as the guards...so i've decided to put that off till december... -.- ...

one more week of holidays before going back to college... better spend it wisely... :(

A visit from a distant cousin...

Since young I've always been afraid of monkeys... I remember when mum and dad took us to the zoo... i think it was my 2nd time there... and right when you walk in the monkeys will be in a huge cage all making noise... it was freaky...

Today we were visited by a skinny old monkey...

I went upstairs after coming back from lunch with bro... and I wanted to put my bag in my room then i saw a tail... i thought it'd probably be a cat coz the body was blocked from my view by the sofa.. so i shifted a bit and .. oooohhhhh... it's a monkey... i froze for a while looking at it.. then it went to sit down... then i quickly ran in to my room and got the camera.. kekeke...

looks like a movie star lehh... XD

After a few shots of it.. it went round the roof to the other side... then i ran down to show the maid the pics.. she was terrified... haha... then we shut the windows... and i went back up to tell bro... and halfway showing him the pics the maid saw the monkey... it came back to sit at the corner... XD ....


we called mum so she could call someone to catch it... hehe..i think there was a monkey around our housing are previously... and they caught it... and... i think they killed it >< ... good luck to this monkey...

I wouldn't say i've gotten over my fear for monkeys... coz we were separated by the window and that's why i wasn't afraid.. haha... but if i see one in close proximity... i'll probably run... XD ..

Ahh.. finally... the exams are over~~~ I don't think i did much better than i did for sem 1... which is probabbly a very bad sign... haih.... can't seem to do anything right these days....
Not gonna talk about the exams for now... maybe in 2 weeks time when the results come out... XD ... anyways... yesterday... 09/09/09 .... Radio day.... and... cousin's registration of marriage :D ... finally... i've been wondering when they were gonna get married... it seems as if they'd been together for an extremely long time already... -.- .. i think i forgot to congratulate them >< ...

Went out for dinner at jusco today since I had to take a picture... need to sit for IELTS.. and i'll be taking the LNAT on the last week of my holiday too... i keep wondering if i can even make it into uni at UK... whether all this will be a waste...

aih... side-tracked.. what i meant to say was...after we had our dinner.. we went up to collect the photo... and once again.. i saw Mr Lim Kong Yew... haha... i've seen him quite a number of times in Jusco before... but never have i seen him with a WOMAN... hohoho.... first they were chatting on the bench... her hand was placed... i think at his shoulder.. then after that we went in to MPH... by the time we came out they were gone... then as we were walking towards the escalator near baskin robbins... here they come again!! this time with his hand on her shoulders... XD .. surprisingly he still recognises me... hehe... i sms-ed vianni and she said that it's good that he is having his 2nd spring... XD .. it's a sign................ love is in the air~~~

No papers today... but bro had to send the car in for service and he wanted me to accompany.. so i agreed...
went out sometime close to 9am... first was to pick up cousin CK... and we had to wait for him so long.... haih... always taking his own sweet time... probably proof that he IS a hakka guy... hehe... then we went to the coffee shop for breakfast... had eggs and bread and milo~~ on the way to the car we saw our uncle (who is dad's cousin)... then only we went to honda... we made cousin CK follow us coz he made us wait so long in the morning XD..
bro didn't make an appointment so we had to wait a little... then by the time it was his car's turn it was 11.20am... and the guy told him the car will be ready at about 1 pm... O.O ... in that situation... would you:

A. sit there and wait while watching tennis?
B. sit there and wait reading magazines and papers?
C. sleep while waiting?
D. walk to jusco and see if you can catch a movie?

The very obvious answer is D isn't it??? and that was what we did.. after all i'm already out of the house.. no way for me to study.. so might as well... :) .... and we were lucky coz we got there at 11.30... and UP was starting at 11.30!!! so we bought tickets... and popcorn.. and we went to enjoy our movie.... i quite liked the movie... a nice mix of sadness.. comedy... adorable-ness... next time i'll make a collar and put it on a dog so it can talk :D ...

after the movie we went to the toilet... and when i cam out i bumped into my form 1 classmate, Qiu Ting... then after we walked out.. I heard someone calling me.. and it was Shiau Tyng!! then as we continued walking a guy came out from his car and said hi to bro... bumped into so many people in half a day ...

guess the fun has to end here... time to do more revision... coz i just realised how important my trials results really are... >< ... have to use them for application... ughh... really makes me feel i ain't gonna be flying anywhere next year...anyways... the battle ain't over!! i'll just do my best :D ...

Chemistry and Maths paper tomorrow -.- ... halfway studying i went to my bro's room and he showed me this animation... it's by a japanese and it won an award... haven't quite looked it up but.. it was beautiful :') ... and touching.... and that's why i'm sharing it here...







I'm not quite sure if i'm right but the obvious thing here is about the memories... every door opened leading to a time in the past... diving deeper and deeper into the sea of memories... but apart from that... could it be that it could be an environmental issue as well? we don't even know how his family left him :( ... haih... anyways... time to get back to studying... don't think i'm gonna sleep tonight...
